Most couples choose an arrangement of sugar or real flowers for the top of their wedding cake. Many of our client’s guests are so surprised after they find out that the flowers were made of sugar when they had thought they were real. Monograms are becoming increasingly popular and are available in many different styles. If you prefer the traditional bride and groom or a small family heirloom, these can be enhanced with delicate icing decorations or flowers and incorporated into the design of your cake.
